Oyster Lane 103 is a very charming 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home tucked back in Ocean City’s ever popular Montego Bay Community. With a Seasonal Outdoor Pool, Tennis Courts, and even a Mini-Golf course, plus being close to dining, entertainment, and more, you truly can have it ALL!
As you arrive at Oyster Lane 103, you will fall in love with this quiet family community! You’ll be swept away by the fabulous Open Floor Plan. The Living Area, Kitchen, and Dining Area were thoughtfully planned, ensuring no one in your family will ever be left out of a moment of family fun! The Nautical tones of the home give you that beachy vacation vibe from the moment you walk in! The Living Area has plenty of cozy seating, including a Sleeper Sofa, perfect for relaxing in the AC after a long day of fun at the Beach or the Community Pool! Relax and watch a movie on the Flat Screen TV, or make use of the Free WiFi, all while having plenty of space to spread out so no one ever feels cramped. The Kitchen is a Chef’s delight with plenty of counter and cabinet space, and all of the luxuries of home. Cooking meals will feel nothing like a chore in this amazing space! The oversized Kitchen Island also has seating, adding to that at the Dining Table, so there’s no problem at all gathering together for meal-time. After a long day, slip out to the Screened Porch and relax taking in that calming Coastal breeze. This space is just perfect for relaxing in the evening breeze with a cool glass of wine, while the kids run and play. Just off the Kitchen you will find the convenient Laundry Room where you will enter and exit the home. With a full size Washer, Dryer, and sink, you won’t need to over pack for your stay.
The Primary Bedroom is located at the end of the hall - a luxurious retreat with a plush King Bed, large closet, and abundance of natural light. The Attached Primary Bath is a perfect space to refresh from the day with a Walk-in shower. As you make your way back towards the Living Area to the other 2 Bedrooms, you will find the Shared Full Bath convenient to the Living Area, as well as the 2 Bedrooms. This Full Bath has a convenient Shower/tub Combo for you to freshen up or bathe the little ones at the end of a long day at the beach. On each side of the hall you will find Bedrooms 2 and 3. Bedroom 2 has a comfy Queen bed, plenty of natural light, and a Flat Screen TV. Bedroom 3, a fun retreat for your special little ones, will sleep 3 between a comfortable Full and Twin bed, and there is also a Flat Screen TV.
Sleeping a family of up to 9, Oyster Lane 103 truly can’t be beat. One well-trained dog permitted with $150 Pet Fee - must notify us at time of booking. Must be current on vaccinations and on Flea/Tick Preventative.
Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
