This midtown condo is perfectly located off of 40th St., directly across the street from the Convention and Performing Arts Center. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and a single futon. The futon can sleep one adult or two children. There's also a full sized sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 5 (or 6 if a small child) people comfortably. You'll enjoy complimentary high speed internet/wifi and you can stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials) with the Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. The condo also has a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, a large balcony and you'll have one covered, unassigned parking space in the parking garage are below the building. With this great location, you'll be in walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars and activities in town. You're in walking disctance to Seacrets, 45th St. Taphouse, Macky's, mini golf and much more! Please note: this condo is on the second floor and there is not an elevator in the building. Also, covered parking has a low clearance of 6'3". There may also be free street parking on either side of the building, subject to availability.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*All properties come with blankets/comforters and pillows. Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $114.65. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation (or after) if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
