Gateway Grand is the most luxurious oceanfront building in all of Ocean City! This 14th-floor side unit has epic sunrise and sunset views, as well as lofty views of Ocean City itself and miles of beautiful coastline.
The luxury 3 BR, 3 BA condo accommodates up to 10 guests (1 king, 1 queen, 2 full and 2 twin beds). It has walk-out beach access, an outdoor pool, year round indoor pool, exercise room, large sundeck, 24 front desk/security, and a dedicated storage locker for your beach gear. Laundry (washer & dryer) is available in the condo.
Guest must supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days, units rent Saturday to Saturday in season.
No pets, please. Non-Smoking/Vaping building, except for designated areas.
$126 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
