******** Pet Policy ********
Per Ocean City's animal policy and regulation, dogs are not allowed on the beach or boardwalk at any time between May 1 and September 30; therefore, we allow up to two house-trained and well-behaved dogs in our unit from October 1 to April 30. So, bring your furry family member(s) and enjoy Ocean City Maryland at its best!

There is a $60 Pet fee for guests with pets.

******** Linens & Toiletries ********
You will need to provide your own linens (sheets and pillowcases) for the beds, plus towels, and toiletries. Initial supply of toiletries are provided but you will need to provide your own supply for the duration of the stay. Pillows, blankets, and comforters are provided.

******** Booking Requirements ********
- Weekly Rentals: June 7th through August 30th requires weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required during the off-season.
- You must be 25 or over to rent with us. We do not rent to high school seniors.
- Copy of a valid photo ID of primary renter is required to confirm the booking.
- Renters must agree to the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement and must be e-signed within 48 hours of booking.
- Renters agree to abide by all house rules & policies, including no smoking or vaping inside the unit.
