Conveniently located just one block from the pools and clubhouse, this well-appointed home comes with free WiFi, a fully-equipped kitchen, a full-size private washer/dryer, five TVs, and a DVD player. A comfortable living room beckons you to kick back in style with a 54-inch flatscreen TV. Relax with a drink and a good book on one of the spacious rear balconies or charming front porches. When the day is done, seek refuge in one of two main suites, one with a sitting area and a private roof deck, the other with a soaking tub and a walk-in closet. Even beach chairs and boogie boards are included with this house for your convenience! Three parking spaces are assigned to this home.
Sunset Island is located on 67th St in Ocean City's premier gated community just two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. The 37-acre private community is surrounded by the Bay on three sides, giving you tranquil scenery throughout the day and breathtaking views at Sunset. The community amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a clubhouse, shoreline walking paths, bayside beaches, interactive fountains, and much more. All this, and you're still just a short drive from the Ocean City Boardwalk and world-class golf.
Things to Know
A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: January 1 - April 30 and October – December 31 = $100. May 1 - May 25 = $150. Sunday before Memorial Day, May 26 to Saturday after Labor Day, September 7 = $200. September 8 - September 30 = $150.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
