The unit is unit 703, on the 7th floor. It offers a spectacular ocean and bay view from the private balcony. Balcony furniture is included.
Our gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with brand new full size refrigerator! It has granite counters, a large island with 5 chairs and a wine refrigerator. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected together in a wide open area.
The living room features a 55'' 4K HDTV, BluRay DVD player. There are 2 large sofas in the living room, with one of them converts to a queen sleep sofa. The master bedroom features a Novaform king mattress, flat screen TV and a DVD player. It has a luxurious private bath that is equipped with jacuzzi bath tub, maple shower with two shower head and granite vanity with two sinks. There are 2 twin cots in master bedroom closet. The second bedroom has Novaform queen mattress and private bath with tub/shower. The third bedroom has double and single beds. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and DVD players. A full bath with shower and glass door is located in the hall next to the 3rd bedroom. The unit has a laundry room with large washer and dryer.
RENTER HAS TO BE 21 OR OLDER TO RENT. ONLY RENT WEEKLY, SATURDAY TO SATURDAY BETWEEN MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND TO THE FIRST WEEK OF SEPTEMBER.
LINENS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH RENTAL
100% REFUND GUARANTEE IF OCEAN CITY, MD CLOSES BEACHES AND BOARDWALK THE BOOKING RENTAL WEEK.
RENTERS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY NON-REFUNDABLE ADMINISTRATIVE FEE AT FRONT DESK (AT CHECK IN) $126 THAT COVERS 2 TEMPORARY PARKING PASSES AND USING FACILITIES FOR THE ENTIRE STAY IN 2024

The Best Place To Stay!
We had a great stay in this beautiful, clean, spacious condo with our party of 9 (7 adults, a toddler and an infant). The unit is well stocked and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed for a spaghetti dinner the one night we stayed in. Great views of the ocean and bay! My family enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pool as well as the fitness center. Access to the beach supplies including enough chairs and umbrellas for our family and sand toys, was a bonus and lightened our packing load. With the private rental through VRBO, check in and check out was very easy. Great communication with the owner! She was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Nice and very clean apt. Getting television to work properly took up way too much time and phone calls with owner. Bed size misrepresented. Queen bed was actually a double bed so sheets we ordered didn’t fit. Otherwise a nice vacat

Excellent location and unit. Owners were very accommodating and extremely nice. Everything you could want with easy access to the ocean, boardwalk and inland. Good restaurants in walking distance. Will definitely consider booking again if we return to Ocean City, MD

The owner communicated frequently which was helpful and responded quickly to inquiries. Our family particularly enjoyed the large communal space in the condo that features a 7th floor side view of both the ocean and the bay, with two-door access to the balcony. The property is conveniently located in central OC with easy access to the beach and local venues.

Beautiful condo
I have been going to Ocean City, MD for many years and have stayed at other condos and I have never had such a smooth experience as this one. Excellent communication with the owners, they sent me all of the information before I even had to ask for it. The condo was beautiful, very clean and in a great location. My family and I had a wonderful time and are hoping we can return next summer.

Immaculate Condo and Terrific Owner!
This condo is simply immaculate- cleaned to perfection. The view of the ocean and bay is beautiful. The unit itself is super spacious. Beds are also very comfortable with new duvets and pillows. Love the check in process- so easy as you go directly to the condo. Note photos do not exactly convey current furniture and finishes. Gateway Grand is the finest building in OC and this unit is lovely. Overall an A! Thanks Trang!

We have been going to OC every year and Trang’s place was our favorite so far. It’s beautiful, comfortable, clean, in a great location and has everything you need for a great vacation. Amazing Views
Beautiful condo with amazing views!!! Excellent location in Ocean City. Being on the 7th floor was perfect to see the whole city, the ocean and the bay and listen to the waves. Comfortable family beach vacation!
We were very happy with this rental. Trang was so very helpful providing details for the stay and responding promptly to correspondences. Staff at the building were also helpful and accommodating. The unit was very comfortable for my group of 9. The kitchen was spacious, tons of seating space at the counter which was nice for our large group. I would recommend to others!

Beautiful, clean, fully equipped
This unit was perfect for our family. Traveling with kids, parents, and a grandparent, we all had space for plenty of privacy and togetherness. Everything we needed was found in the unit and beach locker. The unit is very quiet and has a great view. The location of the condo made it possible for us to walk to many restaurants. It was a great vacation, and I’d recommend this place to anyone.
