Located conveniently on the first floor on the north side of the building, you'll find a studio with a queen Murphy bed and a queen sleeper sofa and a fully renovated bathroom designed to ensure a comfortable retreat for up to four adults. We provide everything you need for a perfect stay from high-speed WiFi to a Keurig Coffee Maker, and other great amenities to ensure a perfect beach getaway experience. Picture waking up steps away from the sand, ready to embrace the sun and sea. The second-floor unit has undergone a complete remodel, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a brand-new shower in the remodeled bathroom, and all-new furniture. It's designed to provide a beautiful and clean place for families equipped with beach and pool supplies. With a dedicated parking spot, you can park your car for the vacation and walk to all the fun that Ocean City, MD, has to offer.

We're thrilled to host you in this spectacular home! Upholding our commitment to top-notch cleanliness, we ask for your cooperation in bringing your own linens. We provide pillows, comforters/top-quilts, but you will have to bring your own towels, sheets, blankets, pillowcases and beach towels. Alternatively, for your convenience, we offer a comprehensive linen drop-off at just $25. This package includes sheets and pillowcases for all beds in use, kitchen dish towels, bathroom bathmats, and a towel/washcloth for each guest, ensuring a comfortable and seamless stay. At the end of your stay we ask that all linens be returned in the same linen bag in which they were delivered to ensure a safe experience for everyone.
