Wander through town to discover local eateries, shops along the boardwalk, arts, entertainment, and a wide array of family-friendly attractions.

Upon entry into the Stunner, you'll be met with a bright interior and a feeling of welcome throughout the space. Make yourself at home by sitting on the plush furniture in the living room, curling up by the brick fireplace with a good book, or streaming a movie on the TV mounted above it. The group's chef will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy each other's company at the lovely dining table, sharing stories over a home-cooked meal or playing a challenging board game. Lounge on the porch furniture and watch the sunset on a perfect day.

You'll find tranquility and comfort in the Charmer. Invite yourself to sit on the comfortable furniture in the living area, streaming a movie on the TV. Hobby chefs will love preparing meals for the beach in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances. With four beds and a sofa bed, everyone can sleep comfortably, rested, and refreshed for more adventure. Dine alfresco on the back patio and enjoy a barbecue using the shared gas grill, or swing on the porch swing and relax from the everyday hustle and bustle of life.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
