Clean, midtown rental with a side ocean view
We booked a quick getaway, and our usual unit wasnt available, but we came across this unit and really enjoyed our stay! We have kids raging in age from 3 to 12. The unit had plenty of space, a large balcony, and 2 large bathrooms. It had a few updates, a comfy large couch, and plenty of beds. The bunk bed is a little squeaky, but serves its purpose. It was a quick walk to Hooked, Fractured Prune, and Dunkin. Overall, especially for the price, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful time in OC. This property is in a very nice location with many restaurants and shops to enjoy. The property manager Thomas, is responsive with questions, etc. The main issue we had was the cleanliness of the property. We communicated this and we also gave ideas and pics of what we saw and experienced for future renters. Thankfully, it was resolved after our stay. Here are our suggestions for your stay in the hopes they took our advise/ideas seriously. 1-Bing your own linens. The mattress, pillows they provide have stains, etc. 2-The oven. If you plan to bake or use it to cook anything, make sure the bottom is clean. When we opened the grill, it looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time. Because we needed to use the oven we had to clean it ourselves. 3-Floors, indoor rug, carpets full of sand. It was not pre-cleaned or vacuumed before we arrived. 4-This is not a 3 bedroom. The LR is what they consider 3rd bedroom. It has a queen sz pull out. Not the most comfortable but, for 3 nights it was ok.

Clean property, great location
The location of the condo was really great. Although not on the boardwalk, the B bus stop is right in front of the condo. The bus takes you all the way down to the boardwalk for four dollars a day, all day. The condo is also two blocks from the beach, and lifeguards were at the section of the beach as well. Beautiful! The condo is up three flights of stairs with no elevator, that’s the one downfall… But the view is great. Also, we had to bring our own linens- It would’ve been nice if there were towels and sheets in the condo.

Mostly Good
Good location, easy walk to the beach and places to eat and drink. Apartment was nice except when we got there the AC was completely turned off (during a heat wave) so it was about 88 degrees and inside and due to the “nest” settings it took about a day to get to a reasonable temp. Listing info could have been a bit more descriptive but other than that I was happy with the apartment itself.

Overall place was good. Very minor inconveniances - The listing said bring own linens however there was stuff there (We ended up using our own anyway). A/C seemed to be weak - it would take a long time for apartment to cool. When we came back from beach it was 78 in the apartment for some reason (We checked settings and everything seemed to be fine?). Lastly, we weren't sure about coffee-maker situation, it ended up being a single serving-keurig machine, we had brought ground coffee to make pots of coffee. The good: Was clean as can be, right on the beach. Had no trouble finding parking for a 3rd car. Would stay again.

Beach time
Great location to the beach! Enjoyed the condo, but it could have been a little cleaner. Bedding was not washed for sofa bed, had to do that before using. Stayed on 3rd floor, definitely got a work out every day. Nicely stocked!

Wonderful vacation with the family!
The property was clean with only minor inconveniences. There were two tv’s but only one remote, and although I knew there was no elevator, I didn’t find out that our unit was on the 3rd floor until the day before and at age 65, it took a minute to get used to going up and down the stairs but other than that it was a great experience. Conveniently located near restaurants and stores!

Great place
This condo worked well for two families (4 adults and 3 kids). Two parking spaces, quick 5 minute walk to the beach (bonus is that this area isn't overly crowded either!). Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in walking distance. Very clean.

Nice place!
This was a very nice place! Pictures are accurate and it was very clean! Great location and not too far of a walk to the beach. I was surprised there was no elevator but we were only there for a long weekend! We had a great time!
