Newly remodeled, Capri 903 sits mere steps from the beach, shops, and restaurants at 110th Street, yet it retains all the ambience of an oasis of tranquility. Enjoy a private balcony that's furnished and ready for outdoor dining, a sun-filled living area that has been tastefully decorated with high-end finishes (including a large flatscreen TV), and a fully equipped kitchen with a new refrigerator, new cabinetry, and an expansive breakfast bar.
Walk down to the beach from this direct oceanfront building for a day of sun and surf, or stay home to swim in the gorgeous indoor pool solarium. The Capri has other wonderful amenities as well, including outdoor tennis, indoor basketball, an exercise room, a sauna, a game room, a library, and a personal beach locker. All of this, and you'll be within walking distance of several restaurants, a shopping mall, a movie theater, and the popular Gold Coast Mall.
Things to Know
There is a $75 per week, cash or credit card non-refundable building registration fee due at The Capri, which includes one parking space. If available, additional parking spaces will be $10 per day or $55 per week per space.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
