Welcome to Beach Paradise V at Broad Marsh! Spacious and beautifully furnished 4 BR, 3.5 bath, 3 levels luxury townhouse with garage in popular Broad Marsh community, located bay side off 70th St in PRIME Midtown location, just 1 block from the beach.

* 1 block to beach- 2 min walk
* Bonfire Buffet, Dough Roller, Ice cream Parlor - 2 min walk
* Mini golf - 2 min walk
* Bowling - 5 min walk
* OC Boardwalk -7 minute by car
* Seacrets Night Club- 5 minute by car/ bus

This 2006 townhouse has all the modern conveniences! The first floor offers a spacious 2-cars garage leading to an in-law suite with a full double bed and twin trundle - sleep 3, and an attached full bath.

On the second floor, you can enjoy a wide open floor plan that includes a fully stocked kitchen with upgraded appliances, cabinet and countertop; a half bath, and a living room with high end furniture including a sofa bed to accommodate the whole family.

On the 3rd floor, you will find 3 very spacious bedrooms. Master bedroom with a king bed plus a roll-away bed, sleep 3, attached to a private bath with double vanity. Second bedroom has a pyramid or twin-on-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, sleep 4. Third bedroom has a full double bed with a twin trundle, sleep 3. There is also a second full hallway bath.

Our unit is equipped with the following amenities: central air conditioning, 4 assigned parking spaces, garage, complimentary high speed internet WiFi, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, oven, stove, dishwasher. Our smart TV in every room with Xfinity cable and streaming service including Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc., DVD player, Wii game system, books and family board games will surely keep the whole family entertained!

Beach essentials including beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys are available for rent onsite to enhance your experience. Our place is equipped with everything you and your family need for that perfect vacation!

Whether it be a celebration of special occasions, or just a simple weekend getaway; come stay at one of our BEACH PARADISES and let it be your **HOME AWAY** from home!


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

***We DO NOT supply bed linens and towels. For your convenience, we offer the following services through our third party cleaning company: Linens and towels services $190/stay (includes sheets, pillow cases for all beds and 15 sets of bath towels) or $125/stay for either just linens or towels. ***Other optional items available for rent on-site:
1) Beach Bundle: $75/stay for one 10x10 beach canopy, 4 beach chairs, sand toys, and 1 beach wagon to effortlessly carry all your beach belongings/accessories(damages or lost items will be charged if not reported upon check-in)

***We provide a LIMITED but ADEQUATE supply of toiletries such as toilet paper (1 roll/bath), paper towel (1 roll/ bathroom), trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soap. Please use sparingly or feel free to bring your own as we DO NOT replenish items if they run out.

Discount on monthly (Oct-Feb only) and all weekly stays are available by contacting us or using our quote calculator on listing page above by inputting in your travel dates for up-to-date details on discounts and rates.

***This unit is one of our several 4-bedrooms units in Broad Marsh community, perfect for larger group needing more than 1 unit!!! Additional discount for bookings with multiple properties might be available!!!

***High school seniors (at least 18 years of age) during senior weeks are welcomed. Additional $500 refundable damage deposit and/or $99 non-refundable property damage insurance along with prior approval from homeowner are required prior to booking.

Winter Getaway
We stayed at this location to celebrate a winter birthday with our family and a few friends! The house was clean, well maintained and the location was perfect. Having two bedrooms with attached bathrooms is great for multiple couples staying together under one roof. Overall, we only have positive things to say about our stay.

Great place to stay
We had a great time . Could not ask for a better place to stay . Everything is clean and in order . Great location right off costal highway . This is our second time staying here and have already booked it a 3rd time . Bao is great to work with and is always there to answer any question you might have .

Coworker girls overnight trip
House was beautiful , exactly like photos. We rented a huge van and thankfully the parking spot fit our vehicle which was a load off. Everyone was comfortable and I would definitely book again. Please note that you must bring sheets and towels unless you rent them in advance. Also please note the house is bare I.e seasonings in cabinet, etc. house was a quick drive to everything we needed

Perfect winter weekend get away
The townhouse was perfect for everything we needed! My 11 year old daughter wanted to have a nice little weekend away with a couple of friends. We were able to enjoy our time at the townhouse and visited the Winterfest Lights. Perfect location and easy check in. Wish we could stay longer.

Overall the property was very nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. There is a large TV in each bedroom. There were minor things wrong like the broken TV remote, knob missing to turn lamp on in master bedroom and the trim on the bottom step fell off but besides the minor issues we would stay there again. The property is in a good location to everything in midtown OC and we had good communication with the owner.

Clean, spacious, convinently located
It's a pretty new property, clean and spacious, and convinently lcoated. 3 families with kids stayed and each family have their own full bathroom, which is HUGE plus. I was intially a little worried about the major road that seperates the property and the beach because we have young children, but it turns out it's completely doable and there are push buttons for pedestrians and the road is not as busy as I had anticipated. The only minus is that there was only one tiny paper towel and it was used up the next day and we had to go out to buy more rolls. Overall a great experience and would certainly stay again!

Very Nice
The house was overall very nice and a great place to stay! Very close to many stores and the beach. Another thing is we had a little oopsie with one of our kids and Bao’s first question was to ask if the child was okay instead of asking about it. I would give it a million stars if I could!

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool and beach access was very convenient. There was plenty of space for extended family and everything was very clean. It was an excellent part of Ocean City and we had a wonderful stay. Bao was super helpful with providing information and we would definitely stay again!

The house is a beauty! There’s all that you need in the kitchen, rooms, bathrooms and laundry area. The only thing that we purchased was food. There’s seasonings and even laundry detergent. Thank you!!!!!!

Very Comfy Just Like Home
We stayed at the property for five days and truly enjoyed every single day. It was clean and spacious with nice amenities. The property’s location couldn’t be any better—super close to wonderful shops and restaurants and fun activities. Overall, I give the property an excellent rating. And I would stay there again!

Double Booked
Someone was in the property when we arrived. The property had been double booked. I am still waiting for half of my total stay to be refunded. which was agreed upon by the person who acted as agent for the property owner. I was told it takes two weeks to receive a refund from the date of check out. We had to move to a smaller property 50 streets away from orgiinal unit. Lock on units door was not working the entire weekend. Luckily there was a locking garage. Unit was clean. We tried making the best of a bad situation but now waiting for a refund is causing me more frustration. Luckily the gentleman that was in the unit when we arrived was very nice and we worked together to figure out the best way to handle the situation. Unit was clean and nice.

Awesome place
This home is cozy and beautifully decorated. Check in was very smooth and owner was friendly and responsive before stay and when contacted during our stay. Only missing one star because during the stay our guests found trash under the furniture and behind curtains as well as left over items from previous guests. If a cleaning service is used it looks like they may just be pushing trash/things outs of sight. Otherwise, an awesome stay at an awesome location!
