Welcome to our stunning vacation rental property! This rare find offers a spacious and luxurious space that can accommodate up to 17 persons comfortably. With 5 bedrooms and 2 kitchens, there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their vacation.

The property is located right on the water, providing great views and easy access to water activities such as fishing, boating. The beach and boardwalk are also just a short distance away, allowing you to easily spend your days soaking up the sun or strolling along the shoreline.

In addition to the beautiful surroundings, there are also many shops, eateries, and entertainment options nearby. Whether you're in the mood for a night out on the town at one of the many nightclubs or a day of shopping and dining, you'll find everything you need just a stone's throw away.

Please note that pets are not allowed on the property and smoking is strictly prohibited. We take great pride in maintaining a clean and healthy environment for all of our guests to enjoy.

We are ready for your family with plenty of comfy beds: Please note this is a family rental only. It is also in an R-1 designated area of Ocean City which states that this property cannot be rented to more than 4 unrelated people.

Bedroom 1: - 1 King-size bed and 1 trundle bed with 2 singles
Bedroom 2: - 1 Queen size bed
Bedroom 3: - 1 king size bed
Bedroom 4: - 1 double size bed and 1 single size bed
Bedroom 5: - 1 double size bed
Livingroom: - 2 sleeping sofas.

All beds have pillows and protective hyper allergenic mattress covers. We provide sheets and towels for all reservations. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for the pillows a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest)

Great location and space for big families/friends
The location off of 15th St. was perfect. We were able to walk to many locations off of the boardwalk. It is really two properties connected by a door… So the extra kitchen and family room is actually another ‘apartment.’ Being right off of the bay definitely an unexpected benefit when visiting Ocean City. There were 8 of us total and plenty of room. Communication with management was great. We let them know as soon as we got there that the upstairs bathroom has a hole in the wall. After reading the other reviews about plumbing issues, we weren’t too surprised when the Shower in the upstairs bathroom started to not drain. Unfortunately, this turned into a bigger issue then we thought, and it started leaking through the ceiling below.Mng called out a plumber that came ASAP. Having some Handy Men in our group helped, they were able to unclog the massive amount of hair… But looks like the real problem lies in the plumbing – just very old and looks like needs to be redone/redirected. Beds were great, linens were clean… Plenty of towels, fully equipped kitchen, Perfect having the extra refrigerator for drinks! Plenty of offstreet parking. Would stay there again.:)

Nice rental properly with good location
Overall, the rental property is above average to stay for a short time. It is in a fairly good location (close to boardwark - walking distance) and nice neighborhood with available parking spaces on street for a big family that needs more than 2 reserved parking spaces in driveway. As far as the property itself, it has a good size with 5 bed rooms, and two bathrooms with 2 kitchen in a different levels, and 3 refridgerators, so that it can be cooked in separately. In additon, it has a good size of family room that people can enjoy watching TV, etc. However, here are the items that need to be improved for future guests: 1) The 3 bedrooms on the main floor don't have enough air flow. The middle one has the portable AC, but only cool air circulalion. 2) The bottom step of the stairwell that goes up to upstair has a diagonal step (not a full rectangular step). This configuration potentially leads a miss-steped and causes falling down, especially going down from upstairs (if you are in hurry and not pay attention for this step). We have two members in our family has mis-stepped and fell down on floor. So we consider it as a hazard condition. It needs to be improved somehow. 3) The property has 2 bath rooms, the one on the main floor was not flushing well. We ended up to use the one upstair with 15 people for 4 day stay. 4) The host is trying to response our request promply on the blocked driveway on the arrival day. We appreciated it. Overall, we enjoyed as much as we could!

We’ll be back
We had a great stay in ocean city. The house is surprisingly large with two living areas, five bedrooms and three refrigerators. It’s stocked well inside but also has a number of well rated restaurants just a block away. Its about a five minute walk to the beach, which would have been a bit much with younger children because of all the beach gear needed. It was also very relaxing to sit out back in the evening overlooking the canal.
