Living Area: Includes a wall-mounted TV, a plush couch, a love seat, and convenient end tables with lamps.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, kitchenware, utensils, pots and pans, wine glasses, dishware, and ample counter space.
Dining Area: Comfortably seats six, perfect for shared meals and gatherings.
Laundry: Washer and dryer in-unit for your convenience.

Dog-Friendly: This resort welcomes dogs. A pet fee of $125 for one dog or $185 for two dogs (plus 11% tax per unit) is payable upon check-in.
Limitations: A maximum of 2 dogs per unit, each weighing up to 70 lbs. Dogs must not be left unattended in the unit.
Seasonal Beach Rules: Ocean City's beaches are pet-friendly from October 1st to April 30th. Pets are not permitted on the beach between May 1st and September 30th. We appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines.
