Relax to the rolling surf from the private balcony of this two-bedroom, two-bath condo. The oceanfront living room and primary bedroom have direct access to the balcony. Fully equipped with high-speed internet, high-definition televisions with streaming services only (located in the living room and bedrooms), keyless door locking system, on-site washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and central air-conditioning.
This is a first-floor oceanfront unit with dune obstructed view. That being said, you gain privacy from the dune while still being able to relax to the sound of the waves and wildlife. This marvelous condo is oceanfront with access to the beach on 55th and 56th streets. The condominium provides private outdoor showers located on both ends of the building.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This condo comes with two (2) assigned parking spaces, both of which are in the front row closest to the building. No need to use the stairs or elevator to access the unit or the beach.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
