"Nice home for 2-4 people and pets a bonus. Good view of the water from entire upstairs. Beach allows dogs to run free which ours loved. Kitchen is well equipped and enjoyable to work in. Only point to note is bedrooms are down steep stairs. There is a picture of them in the listing so no surprise but it could be a challenge for some. All in all a very nice place to get away and enjoy the coast for a few days. "

"We really enjoyed the cozy spaciousness of this clean home, with multiple rooms to choose from, ample space to relax and a super functional kitchen. The host was very considerate of our needs, and left us welcome goodies on the counter which was an unexpected treat. We enjoyed the fireplace and wood was even provided. Could not have asked for more for a memorable weekend getaway!"

"We were extremely happy with our stay.The view of the ocean was spectacular as we had the perfect view of the beach and dramatic sunset from the deck. The house was comfy and warm feeling with lots of quaint items that the owner has decorated with to make you feel at home... "We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at this property. The River is gorgeous, the house is clean, all amenities readily available, close to hiking, beach, wine tasting. Quiet and serene area, neighborhood is great. Property management team was fantastic and helpful. Easy check in and out. One of my favorite VRBOs. "

"This is a very nice open floor plan home with many upgraded amenities. The location is perfect for exploring western Sonoma and there is a nice, but modest grocery store just two blocks away. The only minor issue is that the driveway is short and quite steep which may challenge some drivers."

"My family of four (two teenagers) and my brother and sister-in-law hand a wonderful stay over New Years Eve and Day. The location was convenient, quiet, with great views. We loved the modern kitchen, extremely well equipped, enjoyed the garden, and made for an amazing place to enjoy the wine country and just being lazy and enjoying the surrounding hills and scenery. Home has a great modern design with upscale finishes. "

"The place and weather was perfect. The house was clean, organized and had plenty of towels. I love the jacuzzi. The neighbors were really nice. I am a computer person and the wifi was off and on but ita ok, its good to have some nature time also. "

"Took my pups for the weekend to see the coast. This property was just what I was looking for. More than pet friendly, my dogs were in heaven exploring the gigantic fenced in yard, walking the trails behind the back gate, and sleeping so comfy they snored. The house was so comfortable, welcoming, cozy, clean, completely self-contained, with beautiful window views and plenty to do inside though it rained outside all weekend. "I wish the steep driveway to the rental and lack of railings at the pool and hot tub was listed. The bed was very high, but they gave us a stool to use. The hosts were lovely people, who truly wanted us to be happy..We were 3 seniors, not as agile in movement as younger people would be..It was warm and clean with a nice changing toom and laundry facilities. .I think some of the shrubs along the pool could be trimmed..it made the path hard to navigate.,but, then again we are older folks ....

This house is breath taking, we were both in complete awe when we walked in. "Had a great time. Heating was effective, The chickens and fresh eggs were fantastic! We were a little surprised by how petite the apartment was but as we were traveling with our dog, this place seemed to be the cheapest dog-friendly rental available, and over all we had a great time! Hosts were incredably friendky as well! "

"I spent 9 wonderful days at 'Grace at the Sea'. Pam is an excellent communicator and keeps her home spotless and well supplied. As a single older (!) person I felt very safe. Nice easy walks to the ocean, and then you can walk along the beach in either direction for a long way. Or walk along the more in-land meadow trail. Perfect get-away home!"
