"The stay was great, with impeccable accommodations and hotel facilities. The pool and the service from the staff, especially Gabriel, were very good. The only exception was the parking fee (20 CFH), as I was informed at check-in that there would be no charge. Thank you."

"Ich habe gebucht und wir sind hingefahren und ahben nicht die gebuchte Unterkunft beziehen können. Das ist eine frech heit, Verarschung. Wir wurden vor der Haustüre zurückgewiesen weil dort ein Mann schon Lebte. Wir wollen unser Gäld zurück und eine Entschädigung für den Weg weil eir über 200 km gefahren sind. Wenn das nicht eintrifft werden wir Rechtlichemassnahmen und euch in die Zeitung stellen. So was passiert an Silvesterabend, das ist Unmenschlich."

"Very bad treatment from the owners. If you arrive early or late you will end up in the street because no one will be in the office to open the apartment or you. The apartment is far away from the office. The neighborhood and the apartment are very bad and weird. They take you money immediately after you book. Then when you come they take something called "cleaning charges" (about 400 Swiss franks / CHF) but they will not clean the apartment daily, because you have to sign on a paper that says...
