"Personal sehr um den Gast bemüht, alles wird auf Wunsch organisiert. Minuspunkte: Einige Lampen im Zimmer scheinen schon länger nicht mehr zu funktionieren (Kastenbeleuchtung), TV Empfang zeitweise stark gestört. Ansonsten exzellentes Hotel (Weinverkostung, traumhafte Lage, erstklassiges Frühstücksbuffet). Ober Preisklasse."

"Waren nur für eine Nacht nach einer Hochzeitsfeier. Zweckmäßig, sauber, ruhig, leider etwas hochpreisig. Sehr gutes, vielfältiges Frühstück."

"Estadia começou muito boa, porém terminou de forma abrupta….isso mesmo… as 11 horas sem qualquer aviso prévio o sistema eletrônico deles desligou a energia eletrica do quarto, fechou as cortinas automaticamente e desligou as luzes, nos obrigando a sair imediatamente. Uma falta de respeito tremenda com o hospede. Piscina estava impossibilitada de ser utilizada devido a “tratamento da agua”. Café da manha bem fraco. Não recomendo."

Our reservation was for 1 couple and 1 child, but according to him it was for only 1 couple and he was apparently irritated that it would be necessary to make another bed in the room (detail: it was just "transforming" the sofa into a bed). The other staff are friendly and helpful. The advertisement says that the hotel has swimming pools, but in reality the pool is a public space; what the hotel...
