"We had an amazing stay! We were receptioned by Ursula, who showed us the apartment, how everything worked and we could get in touch with her if we needed anything. "Vielfältige Enttäuschung: Pool war nicht mit Wasser gefüllt, uns wurde vor der Buchung noch eine genaue Gebrauchsanweisung von Schlüsseln, Saugroboter und Poolnutzung geschickt. Wohnung völlig überhitzt (>38 Grad) durch defekte Wärmepumpe, später traten dann stark riechende Dämpfe von Lösungsmitteln oder Kältemitteln aus. Kommunikation mit der Agentur war schwierig. Wir sind früher abgereist."
