"2 night stay with puppy. House was immaculate. Hot tub was hot and waiting for me after long day on road. dog treats and people treats were waiting. They even went by before my arrival and added wood to places in fence that weren’t perfectly sealed. Amazing hosts and property. I hope to return and use this property again!"

"The property was everything we could have asked for and more! My kids had a great time swimming in the pool and exploring the grounds. The pool cover quit working while we were there and the owners came right out to try and fix it. Extremely nice people I might add. Will certainly visit again!"

"House was great. Close to anything you might need. Loved the ping pong table, hadn't played in years! Just needs some more kitchenware and a cutting board. We are old folks so the tv thing was difficult for us. Maybe directions for local tv would help All in all we loved our stay."

"The Townhouse was so clean and spacious. The neighborhood does not look the best, but we did not have any issues with noise or other concerns. The kitchen was well stocked with both a kitchen and dining room table. Master bed was very comfortable and we loved the lathe TVs in the living room and bedroom. Keri was very quick to respond when I had questions. I will for sure stay again."

"Needed a place for family for a funeral. Overall the place was fine. The carpet and ceiling fans very dirty. Would be nice to have patio furniture since the weather was beautiful to sit outside. Soap in the bathroom would have been a plu. Yowels were torn."

"Nice house, well-maintained and clean. Location, off an alley, is very convenient. The house was listed as having two twin beds, and there was only one, but the owner is in the process of renovation and maybe did not note this. Not a big deal, we didn’t need it. The house was all we needed and is located less than two miles from Dayton’s campus, so it worked out well. Thank you for everything!"

"We had a good stay at this little place in Englewood. The inside was very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The walking path is nearby, but Main Street is close and traffic can be loud (the reason for the 4 star rating). We will definitely stay here again if we have the chance."

"We rented this house so that we could see the Aullwood Trolls and The National Airforce Museum. The location was perfect and the house was the right size for us. The backyard was our favorite. We spent the afternoon swimming and the evening by the firepit. We enjoy this house and would rent it again. "

"The house was as advertised, and the homeowner was quick with replies when needed. The home was clean, well-stocked with items needed such as towels, coffee pot, pots and pans.
