"This was just minutes away from family having a get together. It was nice to be able to get away & have a quiet place to wind down. The lake was beautiful even after a significant amount of rain right before we arrived. Cozy, yet roomy. Our flight had been delayed & Tony had even checked on us to be sure all was ok. That was sweet. 😊 Would stay again & highly recommend."

"There is absolutely not one negative thing I can say about our stay, the property or the host. All were amazing. The house was awesome! While there were a lot of stairs, that just added extra enjoyment for our dog, who literally made laps from upstairs through the basement and back again. The hot tub is away from the house and somewhat secluded so that was very nice, there was a fire pit that we used as well. "Fantastic place to stay! Location was fantastic and close to Historical Dahlonega. The space felt bigger than pics which was a nice surprise. Super fast internet which was helpful when I needed to work for a few hrs. The host was amazing, great communication before, during, and after the stay. "We really enjoyed our stay. The recent house renovations were done well and the furniture was all very comfortable. Having a pool, grill and screened porch were great bonuses. We didn't use it but there's a great fire pit area and a decent sized yard to play catch/yard games. The path to the dock was a bit longer than expected but not too bad. "Dan was an excellent host. He was helpful and was always available when needed, even though we didn’t need him often. The property is in a great location. "Firstly this house is the best location to stay if you are going to a wedding at Lake Lanier islands. It was 6 min from the house to anywhere on the island. Also we were thankful to be greeted by some brownies. The house itself had everything we needed and it felt like I was home all the time and made things easy. The backyard was so peaceful in the mornings as we did our Breakfast and enjoying the weather. Thank you for keeping the house clean and ready."

"Regrettably I had little time to actually spend in the cabin as I was attending a family reunion in Dawsonville with quite a drive over. For flat landers like myself, the drive to the cabin was stressful especially the turn into the last 300 feet to the cabin. Many good accomodations, all I really needed and more. "The home is amazing and it was such a great place to bring a large group. As other reviews have said, it could use some updates, but we thoroughly enjoyed the place and will comeback next year! The property is not in Buford and it was listed as such. It is in Gainesville on the backside of the lake. Hopefully VRBO corrects this. The owner was great to work with."

"This is my second time here, the first time I had no idea There was an Inn next to the property that has restaurants. If possible try to go any days but Sunday and Monday (some restaurants are closed/funny dining hours). Other than that nothing bad can be said. We did stay on property, rooms are huge. "

"As always Homes 2 Suites did not disappoint us. The staff and service is always warm and welcoming. The rooms are always spacious and clean.
