"My Aunt was turning 84, the last of her family. So we decided to surprise here and my cousins came from Maryland, Oklahoma, Idaho, California and Washington. This was a perfect location; large spacious yard, lots of space indoors to display pictures and thee game room kept everyone talking. Central location for those in Washington and staying at hotels. Views of thee water was outstanding. I would stay there again if travels bring me back."

"Overall, our two families had a wonderful stay! Lovely historic home, very clean, spacious, and charming. Communication with the host was great. It was a hot weekend, and we were thankful for the AC units. Didn't use the fireplaces! We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen - there were decent pans, sharp knives, good appliances. "I was truly impressed with this house. The bed's were all comfortable, even the ones with the bunk beds. They habe done a outstanding job having the house equipped for everything.
