The main level has three more bedrooms, and each is outfitted with a queen bed and TV. Your guests will appreciate the convenience of having three full baths on this floor as well.
Head to the lower level for fun and games in the family room! You can watch TV, play foosball, or play poker at the card table.
Upstairs, the expansive primary suite is your own private haven complete with a sitting area, TV, wet bar, king bed, and private bath with a tile shower.
OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE
From the bubbling hot tub to the picnic tables, the outdoor living space is ideal for entertaining. The fire pit is sure to be a hit with your entire crew! No trip to Deep Creek is complete without toasting marshmallows under the stars on a crisp mountain night.
LAKEFRONT LIVING
Your community dock and boat slip are within a short walk putting on-the-water fun at your fingertips. Rent a boat at a local marina, or bring your own, to explore Deep Creek Lake's miles of shoreline. Be sure to “dock and dine” at one of the area's waterfront restaurants. Please note - the path to the dock does have a steep spot but becomes more level as you approach the water.
To reach the dock, you turn right out of the driveway. Walk to the gravel path that will be on your right on the left side of the home Gathering Place. Follow the gravel path to the community dock. As you look at the dock from land, the dock slip for Magnolia is the second full U slip from the left (#3). The docks can go in the water on April 15th but are not guaranteed until mid May (based on weather). All docks will be removed by mid October.
AREA ATTRACTIONS
Magnolia is within a short drive from favorite attractions and activities. Visit Wisp Resort for year-round adventures that include skiing, golf, snow tubing, ziplines, disc golf, and more.
