Spend your days strolling around the lake and cool nights gathered around the beautiful stone fireplace. This three-level home has all the comforts of home and will be the highlight of your vacation. Easily prepare big family meals in the large modern kitchen or host a cookout with the grill. The hardest part about this vacation will be leaving! Enjoy a CARC Membership with access to a pool, hot tubs, and gym area.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is a 13 night limit on reservations per local regulations. Reservations over 13 nights are prohibited and cannot be honored.
Firewood not provided.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: Owners boat will be in dock slip but guests can tie up to end if they rent a boat for the day. Dock available Memorial day thru Labor Day. The docks normally get taken out in October.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Our Family Christmas Gift
It was challenging deciding on a property, but we absolutely made the right choice! The house & location worked out perfectly for our family. Four bedrooms with baths was just what we needed. Being 15 minutes from Wisp worked well because this was our Skiing Trip! The views of Deep Creek Lake from the house were beautiful!

Secret of Life
The house is nice and situated right on the lake, as advertised. Kitchen supplies/cutlery/pots/pans/etc. fell far short of expectations. Much of it was very dirty and we didn't feel comfortable using it. It should be replaced. Downstairs area moldy smelling. Main floor and upstairs in good condition and bathrooms were clean and nice.

We loved the home. The location, the hot tub, the decks everything. The only con I would have to say is the top bedroom on the right does not have air condition so I’m sure the summer months are hot.

Another Great Summer Vacation at Deep Creek
Great place to stay, but the deck is aging and needs some work. The lot also needs some tree trimming for a true lake view. Liked the place but it seems a little neglected. However we had a great time. The beds were comfortable and the place has a nice layout. The owners boat was out of the water and we made full use of the dock. Great location for tubing and boarding. Not a lot of boat traffic. The boys made great use of the hot tub. Would come back!

Great house
Great house. Clean. Well equipped kitchen. Great for our family of ages 20 thru 79. Something for everyone of all ages. Lovely game/puzzle collection for our rainy day. This is our second stay and hoped to return twice a year, every year! Trying to schedule the same week next year but see there’s a $2000 price increase (62%). Very disappointed. Will look into other vacation options.

Great Location- Great House
First time at Deep Creek and off season but had a great time. The house was great for our family of four (and dog) and can comfortably accommodate more. All the main bedrooms have a full bathroom which is great. The location is awesome - 15 mins to everywhere including Oakland and McHenry. Wish we were in season for boating and golf! Had a blast at two state parks (one only 10 mins away) and enjoyed the property to include the fire pit and hot tube! Definitely returning!

Amazing
Place was clean and had a lot of bathrooms and space for all of us. I would recommend a dust pan, oven mittens set of measuring spoons and cups. But overall was a great stay!

Best Kept Secret
The check-in process was flawless, the whole weekend went very smoothly. The house was very clean, had great accommodations and was in a great location on the water. Couldn't ask for more.

Good location bad service
It is a beautiful house residing in a beautiful location. Very spacious. But the service is bad - bathroom was not clean at all, and very dusty. The hot tub was not working which is very disappointing, and was not as advertised. It is hard to communicate to the property management company, no response at all. Besides not air conditioning and the two bedrooms upstairs is hot to live.

Fun times at lake, but no AC_hot nights
We were 2 families who wanted a relaxing vacation on the lake and we chose this house for the private dock, fire pit and spacious home. We enjoyed beautiful days on the lake and relaxing evenings around the fire pit. Disappointing that the house does not have AC and that was not advertised on the house description. No AC needs to be clearly stated for a summer vacation! The house got really hot during the day and a couple of nights were uncomfortable for sleeping. We opened all the windows, but the house is not designed with good cross ventilation and the massive fan in the living room is extremely loud. If we had known the house had no AC, we would have made a different decision for the price they charged us. Another concern is that the kitchen needs some essential equpment, like a colander and better blender.

We had an excellent stay for a friend ski-trip. The property is beautiful and close to Wisp. The house was clean and very nice. We easily slept 10 people and would definitely go back.

Fantastic Home!
We loved this home. It had plenty of beds and individual bedrooms for privacy. Our favorite was the huge stone fireplace. The access to the lake was great. We loved the outdoor fire pit. It was perfect for s’mores! We would love to book this property again. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful setting!

Great house for a weekend getaway with friends!
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The kitchen was large and functional, the bedrooms were large and in good locations, and being right on the lake was perfect! Most importantly, compared to other houses I've stayed at, this house was the cleanest and best maintained. Some of these rental homes really let themselves go with outdoor maintenance and the cleaning crew inside doesn't get the cobwebs, but this house was very clean and cobweb and bug free inside, and well maintained outside. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and it had all the necessary amenities. We really appreciated the early check in. The dock was perfect on a nice quiet location of the lake. We enjoyed swimming and fishing off the dock everyday. The dock was pretty close to the house and not a long uphill walk like other places we've rented. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great getaway
This was a great property for my husband and I to get away with our 2 dogs. We could not have been more grateful to be able to bring them with us! We did encounter a few broken items upon arrival (deck screen door and dock ladder) but the communication and prompt response from the property manager was wonderful. The deck and path behind the home were so enjoyable. Thanks again!

Great lakefront home!
Very clean and comfortable! Great layout and thoughtful amenities throughout the home - plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, kitchen supplies, and even chairs at the dock. Loved the location at the end of the cove which was great for swimming, fishing and boating. Fans were much appreciated during recent heat wave. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Would definitely stay here again!
