A rustic and spacious house less than 10 minutes from the charming city of Oakhurst. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a generous sized family room, a convenient laundry room (washer/dryer), and a lively game room. In the game room there is a billard table along with a game table, a smart tv to stream off of, and plenty of space to move around. The family room has a smart tv as well as comfortable furniture. The dining room has an exquisite wooden table that can sit 8 people.

The Space:
The Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and all your basic cooking needs. In this outdoor space there is a barbeque, lawn chairs, and a picnic table. This is a substantial space with lots of wonderful trees for shade. This house is only 20 miles from the south entrance of Yosemite and 52 miles from the Arch Rock Yosemite entrance.

3 Bathrooms: One bathroom is a toilet alone, the second bathroom has a shower, and the third bathroom provides a bath. Each bathroom has linens, a hairdryer, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.


Laundry room with a washer, dryer, laundry detergent, dryer sheets.


Outdoor Area Includes:


Picnic table, lawn chairs, and a barbeque.
There is an extensive amount of space and plenty of trees to provide shade.
