A charming downstairs uni with a lot of positive & relaxing energy! Great for family or a small group. Nestled in a very peaceful residential area with spectacular mountain views in 3 acres grassy lot. Part of a larger home with separate entrances . Only three of us are living upstairs.
In downstairs unit comfortably sleeps 7 people. Great location, close to everything!
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchennette areas are spacious and accommodating for everyone in your group.
Relax in the living room on couches, watching your favorite NETFLIX or YOUTUBE show on the flatscreen SMART TV and enjoying the teal curtains flutter in the breeze when you open the window. There's also a DVD player here, so don't forget to bring some of your favorite titles along from home!
From the living area, step right out the door to your patio where you can sit and sip your coffee in the morning, or enjoy glass of wine after returning back from the Yosemite National Park trip.
Dining/kitchenette area has almost everything like a regular size kitchen, excluding dishwasher and owen! Bottle of Red wine, is complimentary for every Friday-Sunday stay!
This unit has a single bedroom with one bunk bed, twin size bed and an extra folding bed. Large living area has a queen size bed, as well as an additional sofa that is long enough to be used as a bed, sofa bed and one more couch. All beds are very comfortable! There is a bathroom with a shower cabin. Linens, towles and toiletries are provided for no additional charge.
It has a patio and a wood-burning barbecue grill. It has access to a back yard with a fire pit with chairs around! Three acres lot is great for a family games! Laundry room is upstairs and available upon request!

If you wish to play tennis or take a run- we have tennis courts and a stadium in few min to walk to!
Restaurants, bars, winery and all shopping are very close to our property!

Short drive or even walking distance (about 1 ml) to all shopping and restaurants!
A lot of hiking trails around with a short drive as well! South Gate of the Yosemite National Park is 17 ml away and Bass Lake beches are 12 ml!
Manzanita Lake is a beautiful small lake with warm and shallow water that is great for families with small kids, just 25 min drive from our property! For sure, you will enjoy spending entier day there! There are some barbecue sites.
Chuckchanci Casino is 14 ml away with a lot of staff to do there!
