"Stayed here twice in one week while traveling northern CA- peaceful and spacious surroundings- Garret and his family provide a nice place to stay in the area. We loved being on the farm and interacting with the dog and cats!"

"We are Modesto Birth & Beyond, a Doula Group, and we celebrated two of our Doulas who are pregnant with a small little sprinkle! It accommodated all eight of us comfortably. The kitchen is an updated modern farmhouse with an open layout. Also, a lovely butler’s pantry too. We were able to make dinner as well as breakfast! We will be back!! "

"Great spot for families looking to have something to do while also being very close to Yosemite. Host was very welcoming and kind. Would stay again. "

"LAKE LIFE to the fullest! The prompt communication from the owners is where the excellence begins, followed by the picturesque view from the balcony during sunset. The condo is very clean and appliances work great. Our family spent all day on the new dock/ deck area swimming, fishing, and paddle boarding in a no wake cove which is very safe for the kids. We will definitely be coming back for many summers to come!!!"

"Place was great and very clean. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The only downside was there was construction in Pine Mtn Lake when we were there 6/6-6/8 and it was very disruptive. They would stop traffic multiple times between the house and the front gate. Sunday when we were leaving, it took us 40 minutes to get from the house to the front gate. Communication with owner was good and she was very reaponsive and helpful when I realized failed to her that we were bring an...

"The property was clean, spacious, and beautifully updated. Dock was great with separate sitting area. Beds were comfy and the kids loved the game room! The only minor thing that wasn't a total 10/10 was the grill. It was an older grill and the ignition was a little iffy. My husband almost lost an eye brow. Will absolutely stay again! Thank you!"

"Easy check in with a lockbox code. Extremely clean and had all the amenities. Beautiful back deck area. The house was convenient to the market, and the local restaurants. We enjoyed eating at the Iron Door. It is about a 30 minute drive to the Big Oak Flat Entrance to Yosemite. Host was easy to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful time!"

"We loved staying at the Tanko House! Lots of areas to spread out. Very well appointed and stocked. The game room was lots of fun for everyone. Great location close to town and just a quick drive to New Melones lake. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. "
