"Perfect place to stay during my visit to Oak Ridge. The house is clean, easy to find, and convenient to local restaurants. The welcome basket filled with goodies was a nice touch and a welcome sight after my long ride to TN. The host, JP was very accomodating and responsive during my stay. I highly recommend this home in Oak Ridge and plan on staying again the next time I visit the area."

"Wonderful property on Watts-Barr lake with a dock. 3rd year in a row coming down for Labor Day with friends. The dock is awesome for swimming with kiddos and keeping the boat. The boat ramp is only 10 minutes away. The water slide from the top level is thrilling for sure! The house was clean and stocked generously with cookware and dishes. Great views of the sunset and wildlife abound. Definitely on our list of places to come back to. "

"Overall it was a good trip. The location was a little further out from town than we liked. 15 minutes to a DG and 25-30 minutes to fast food. We were running a lot for our stay, so this made it a little inconvenient. The marina restaurant was closed for the season. If you were staying at the lake and cooking, it would work better. The other sat down with their dog after the dogs had been barking at each other. It was posted on the wall they were not to be there. I like dogs but do not want them with me when I am having breakfast. Like the facility but saw 3 staff and not one of them said anything."
