Welcome to Island Time Cottage where you don’t have to leave your private deck to enjoy the ocean! Our listing is on another major site with over 60, 5 star reviews!! We are new to VRBO! We are a super host on that site! Dogs welcome! (small pet fee). Peaceful, centrally-located, Bike to pier in 5 mins! Beach across street- access 5 lots down! Tons of AMENITIES!! Updated, vintage, historical cottage, built just weeks after Hurricane Hazel swept through the Island in 1954, leaving only 5 of 357 homes standing.

We are right on Beach Drive, We across the street from the beach with beautiful Ocean Views! A quick walk to the beach access & as one guest noted “even a 5 year old can do multiple times per day!” We are Between 2-10 minutes drive from anywhere on the Island! Walk or take one of our Beach Cruisers to the Pier! You can also rent golf carts Locally but plan ahead if you want to do this!

The cottage has 1176 sf of living space! We have 4 bedrooms total. 3 bedrooms have one Queen bed each, one bedroom has a king bed. You will enjoy Spectrum streaming services with FREE Roku, Prime, & Netflix in the living room & in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. One bedroom has a TV/DVD combo with tons of kids videos & a Queen bed! Your housekeeping fee includes sanitized, fresh bed linens, bath towel sets, & shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Quality toilet paper, & tons of other thoughtful amenities! Fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, drip, & espresso coffee makers. Tons of board games, a baby bumbo seat with tray, pack-n-play, & baby bath tub.

Check out the lower level where you will find Laundry Facilities, Beach Chairs, Boogie Boards, Foosball, Air Hockey, Beach Cruisers, Badminton, Basketball, Corn Hole, & other beach toys & accessories as well as 3 Charcoal Grills!!

We have plenty of free parking in front & back! We personally & regularly do surprise inspections to ensure our housekeeping staff is maintaining our high standards!
