"Place was in a great location. Your right next to a beautiful public beach. You do have to go out the back gate to get to beach, no access from property but not a big deal.A large house takes up ocean view and you are towards back of property. The swimming pool wasn't usable,empty and small hot tub had no controls more of pond out front. We called the property manager first thing in the morning and she apologized and came right over with some bug spray.
