"Overall, the hotel room itself was well-stocked, and had plenty of things to ease our stay as we arrived in the midst of a power outage and no electricity in the hotel or town. The main contact was unreachable; however, the room manual listed two contact numbers. "The unit is up a spiral staircase (not mentioned and no elevator). The smell when you enter the condo is very strong. The washer used only very hot water, and no laundry soap provided. The wash rags were hanging over a rack (we hope they were clean) had four extremely small and old stained towels. Refrigerator, stove, utensils and window seals were dirty. No shampoo, conditioner, soap or dish washer soap. No information or how do use booklet. Couldn’t get the air conditioner to work. We open the...

"The location of this apartment cannot be beat if you are looking for all of what Old Port has to offer. Lots of restaurants/bars/shops steps away. Alaa was a great host and communication and check in were very easy. "

"The property was in a good location~close to the metro which was a great way to get to Old Montreal. The weather was perfect luckily because we did a lot of walking. The property could use some TLC outside, but was very clean inside. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for 6 adults. I have contacted the management with a few items that need their attention in hopes to have them address for future renters. "
