"We liked our experience at this cabin and it allowed us to do great activities in the White mountains (my spouse, myself and our dog). The cabin is super cozy and confortable with the heating and AC units. However, we noted 3 downsides that can't give the 5 star review : - General cleanliness was okay, but not great. "Let’s just start with- overall the house served its purpose. We had a roof over our heads for the 4 days we were in town. There were some oddities about this place that I will list below. Negatives This is not an air conditioned house. It has 1 window unit in the kitchen. The house was 89 deg upon our arrival and took two days to even get to 79 deg. You must run the dehumidifier constantly and empty the bucket multiple times a day. There are fans in every room but not outlets in every room...

"We had a great time. The home was clean & space for 8woman was good. It’s was in a great spot close to NorthConway if you want to venture out. The price for the spot was good.
