"The property has been decorated very tastefully and was immaculate. Only one comment to make and that is I wish there had been a stool to climb up onto the bed, and an obvious welcome sheet as we only found that on our last evening. Like the trays were in the cupboard and how to work the hob. Other than that couldn’t fault it. "

"The holiday break was perfect for us as we were three separate households but one family. Luckily the weather was very good enabling walks from the accommodation and outside play on the lawn area. We made full use of the excellent on site farm shop and the swimming pool which was near by. Norwich is a very nice city to visit, and my wife and I called at Diss on our journey to the farm, again well worth a visit. This was a happy family time to celebrate our 50th wedding aniversary"

"A lovely caravan enough space for 3 adults and a dog lovely lounge ,separate dinning area and nice little kitchen. We did have to clean alittle before we settled and the shower was a little temperamental but it was still a lovely stay theua re little things. Lovely location stayed here before but not in this caravan great for walking which we did alot of and buses are regular. Will definitely be back."

"Absolutely brilliant location opposite Hotel Wroxham. However, property lacked suitable outdoor furniture as it comprised only four metal chairs and a metal table. No umbrella,which was vital for the week in question. Property was reasonably kitted out but we were fed up with banging our head on the numerous low ceilings. Notwithstanding the above, we had an enjoyable week."

More pillows should be available if needed, as my partner felt two were not sufficient to accommodate her sleep.
