The Space:
Downstairs is a hallway leading to an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area and also to the bathroom.
Upstairs are two double bedrooms each with a double bed. The front bedroom has views of the river and beautiful sunsets.
There is a patio off of the back bedroom which is a lovely secluded suntrap with a dining table and chairs. The perfect place for a sun downer!
Outside is a courtyard for off road parking for 1 car.

The Neighborhood:
Only 10 miles away, you’ll find unspoiled sandy beaches where you can spot the resident seal colony—an unforgettable experience. The historic cathedral city of Norwich, full of culture, boutique shopping, and medieval charm, is just 9 miles from your doorstep.

The Villa sits in a beautifully tranquil yet well-connected part of Norfolk. Within Horning, you have everyday conveniences, scenic charm, and community spirit. Please note that the bathroom is downstairs.
The stairs are easy and have a hand rail.
There is room in the front bedroom for a travel cot ( bring your own).
