"The hotel misses the main objective: to allow customers to rest! It is not acceptable that in a 5* hotel the air flow system is not controlled in the room! In a 2 nights stay, one was impossible to rest, with the freezing air straight on the nose all night! The other, on a different room, was better yet not good! "A wonderful stay from start to finish. We absolutely loved it and would recommend it to anyone. The hotel and our room were really comfortable - it just had a really relaxing atmosphere. We paid to access the spa and our 24-hour access meant we could use it both on the day arrived and the following day before leaving. The floating sauna was the highlight.
