"Such a comfortable place overall , we did not find anything at all wrong with this place, deck up and downstairs, hot tub, sauna room, living room downstairs as well. Nice big kitchen with everything you need . Steep driveway but it wasn’t bad at all. Your close to town which was nice as well We will definitely look to stay here again"

"Very Clean, well appointed, appliances worked, bed was comfortable, GPS and directions accurate. Remote, quiet (except for faint traffic noise) lots of birdsongs and Mountain views. Highly recommend it if you desire a quiet getaway. (About 10 miles from downtown Sylva on steep gravel road. I strongly suggest arriving in daylight)."

"The house was perfect for our summer vacation with family. It was so kid friendly with lots of little extras that were helpful (step stools, high chair, hooded towels, games and toys, etc). We really enjoyed the house and got immediate responses from the owner when needed."

"host was very accommodating and communicative. the house is very cute and the decor was a stunner. they even had a cute christmas tree lit up in the front window at arrival - nice touch. my kids loved the bunk beds and board games. nice towels and bedding. has both a reg coffee maket and a keurig. the views to and at the property are beautiful. the neighborhood is quiet and cute."

"Very clean and well stocked condo. However, one thing that really drew us to this condo was the pool they listed. When we arrived on June 6th the pool was closed and had no water. We were very sad. Other than that it is a beautiful place with a wonderful view of the falls."

"My husband and I stayed here recently, and we really enjoyed how quiet and peaceful the property was. We got to feed the mini cows, which was the highlight of my husband's stay. The only negative thing I can say is that the road that the house is on is VERY rocky, steep, and difficult to navigate. Even though we were in my husband's truck, we still had trouble getting to and from the house. Overall, we would recommend staying here."

"The place is a quant little cabin. It is nestled at the end of a one lane dirt road. Not one lane in each direction, one lane. It is only about half a mile long. I would recommend getting there before dark on the 1st day. The cabin is immediately to your left when the road opens up. It is a simple, 1 bdrm with a king size bed & loft sleeping area. "This was an old, but renovated, motel. Very clean room including clean beds/sheets, spotless bathroom, working fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. Beds very comfortable. The sink (vanity) was in the bedroom (like we've encountered in Europe), and its positioning in the room was slightly inconvenient, but it was clean and the light was good. No problem for us. I'd definitely recommend the place, but don't expect a high end Sheraton or Hilton."
