"Super noisy room!!!! So much noise you can't sleep well. And terrible staff and customer service. So rude and unfriendly, treating and thinking we are stupid. We were in a super noisy room. I called them, told them and asked for help. They said we have to go downstairs to the front desk. Once we went down and talked to them at the lobby/front desk/lobby, they said we should resolve this by phone. But after a while, they told they would send the security over to see where the noise came from (of course they knew it was the elevator!!!!! but they pretend they didn't know it!!!). They never sent any security over!!! I called again; they repeated that I should resolve this downstairs (again!!) but said (again) they would send a security!! They never did and I never received any phone call about it!!! Nothing!!!! We ended up giving up!!! They didn't want to give us another room, or even give us an answer about it!!! A shame. And they had available room for that night, as I could see in this website (hotels.com)!! Don't recommend this hotel..."
