"We had a lovely overnight stay at this inn. The room was great , very clean , quality fixtures and fittings. Bed very comfortable, quality bed linens. Spacious ensuite , plenty of hot water with good water pressure in the shower. Showe gel , shampoo and towels all provided. We had a lovely meal in the evening , 3 course special menu was great value. Great breakfast provided in the morning. Team at the inn were friendly and welcoming. Full of character "

"When we visited the Walkhampton arms ,it was out of season . The breakfast was excellent and evening meals were very good . The bedroom we had was lacking a mirror near a plug for my wife to dry her hair . "The picture advertised was not what was offered. The cleanliness was shocking, stains on duvets, towels, bed sheets and pillows - think bad and disgusting and you aren’t even close. Had 3 nights booked, left on day one. Poor health and safety with cables trailing across floors, screws in the carpet and a lighter found under a bed (I was with 4 kids, shocking). Now. The park itself is nice and the properties there independently owned and operated - some looked lovely, we just got a poor...

"Overall, our stay was great and we had a lovely time. The food in the restaurant was amazing. The only quibble was that our cream tea took 30 mins to get to us in the afternoon, and then our dinner took 1 hour due to some timing issues with a big table. However, the waitress was incredibly lovely and apologetic for the delay - in the end, our food and drink were all free due to the delay, which was appreciated. We loved the lounge area too, such lovely decor and the atmosphere was welcoming....

"Kind and lovely people, lovely chat and they really cared. Very much a spare room in the end of their house with a it’s own bathroom so very homely. Breakfast room was a breakfast room with lots of stuff and a cat (I loved the cat). It’s down a very rough and rocky track in the car. Basically it’s an authentic working farm with some lovely farmers who make a solid breakfast. I’d be back. If you are looking for a polished hotel experience this isn’t for you but for a real life nice people...
