"Property off the beaten path a little but still only 20 min from Petoskey. Easy 15-20 min river run down to Crooked Lake and Pickerel Lake and only 45 min up to Burt Lake. Super close to your boat slip and these guys really worked with me on a medical issue I had during my initial reservation to move it to when I could attend. Will definitely stay again."

It emptied out the following day and we didn't get offered a better spot. According to Vrbo we thought we rented the one 20 steps off the water because of medical reasons and ended up 150 steps off the water with a small concrete slab and a gravel parking lot outside our door. No place for 2 adults, one with a knee problem and...
