"Perfect place to stay on the island!
The Hawberry Motel is within walking distance of many dining options and shops.
It is also close to popular natural attractions in the area.
The host is very kind and gave us many recommendations on things to do/places to see.
We had a great time and would definitely recommend the Hawberry Motel to future visitors!"
"The amazing water view from our private balcony. Clean and quiet. The room was spacious and cozy. The staff was friendly and provided a nice breakfast option. Very close to all attractions. "

"What pleasure to stay here! The owner is outgoing and bubbly. This is 1950s motor lodge that is good repair. Very family oriented (from a senior's perspective). We were in a backsie room, and felt like we we in a summer cottage. "
"The place is an older motel, so it's not fancy or modern, but it is clean and well kept. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The grounds look a little run down, but it's early spring so there aren't many things growing yet. The cost was very affordable. If you're on your way from Sudbury to Sault Ste. Marie and need a halfway place to stay, this fits the bill."
"Red Lodge is a serene property…beautiful lakeviews, clean rooms, wonderful outdoor sitting areas. Our meals at the onsite restaurant were fantastic … Jean was amazing host !
