"We had an awesome stay at Andy's Place. Kitchen was fully stocked with the essentials to cook. Nice location and excellent spot for boating fan."

"This waterfront home is better than you could image. The sunsets from the porch are just magical and something that is going to bring us back. Everything was provided for kayaking, having a fire, cooking a home, family game night. The house is so close to the Baxter state park entrance and the few restaurants in the area. We will definitely be back! "

"We've stayed here many times over the years and it always fits the need. Yes, it's on the smaller side, but we go to Maine to hike, swim, mt bike, and generally be outside, so the small size doesn't bother us too much because we're always out doing something."

"Beautiful property , just the right size for a couple , cozy with a private beach area. If you would have a hard time climbing up ladder to bedroom they have another property next door with a larger and easier accessible bed. The owners live close and were very helpful. we toured with easier access to a larger bed. "

"Nice location; close enough to town yet far enough away to be quiet. Felt very comfortable and very at-home at Benson Cottage - a great place to unwind and enjoy what Nature and the Moosehead Lake region have to offer. Our host, Tara, was friendly, easy to communicate with and kept the cottage well-stocked and clean. We wanted for nothing. I sure hope we can come back before too long!"

"The location was beautiful, right on the river and beautiful views. Close to trails for ATV. The Rockwood bar and grill fed us two nights and we enjoyed it! The home was cozy and had the essentials. We enjoyed spending time in the downstairs living room. The house could have had a deeper clean (just lots of cob webs and some bugs around lights) I also wish there was less responsibility on the guests. We had to do laundry and take all of our trash. This left us in a rush and waking up early to...

"Sweet new cabin on the river - very close proximity to Moosehead Lake. Dock for boating to Mt Kineo for golfing and hike. Clean with everything one needs for a peaceful vaca. Enjoyed watching boats pass by and the occasional seaplane overhead. Although not remote, it was a quiet site. ✔️✔️✔️ we recommend 🦅 landing! "

"We returned here this year after a magical stay last summer. We were not disappointed. The location of the house on Lake Hebron makes for a fun time. Kayaking, fishing, birdwatching or just sitting and relaxing occupied our time at the house. The loons calling created a soundtrack for our stay. "Beautiful Camp. Easy to find and great location. Had a little hiccup trying get the correct code to unlock the camp. No cell phone reception so trying to contact property manager was difficult. Once that was solved the stay was great. Would rent again. Great for hunting and summertime camp with family."
