"Great location to walk to downtown and of course Rainey street. Gorgeous views from the condo and enjoyed the sunset from rooftop pool. Very comfortable stay. Great value for money! Only comment on improvement is to have some more basics in the condo, like a saucepan and pan, teas, lotion, etc.. Note also that no blackout blinds so bring an eye mask. Would def return! "

"This was adorable. The parking is gated and only accessible with a code so that is nice because this is in the middle of DT Austin and right next to a skate park. That would be the only reason for the 4 stars, it didn’t bother me as much but it was loud as both nights people were screaming at each other At the skate park which you can hear when sitting on the porch. The house was clean and we loved the washer and dryer being connected to the bathroom. DoorDash delivered everything but also...

"The unit was perfect for me to attend a conference at the Austin Convention Center. It looks like the pictures: large kitchen, living room and dining all in one. Two bedrooms that were both good sized and both had great bathrooms. One with a huge shower and one with a large tub/shower combo. It is in an area that is being revitalized and that means some new, cool restaurants and bars, and a large food truck area really close on Rainey Street. It is a bit of a walk to the Convention Center, but...

"We were here for a conference downtown and this was the perfect place for us! Location was amazing…super close to everything great in Austin. The place was super clean and had everything you could need. You can tell a lot of thought went in to making this feel like a home away from home. "

"An amazing property that 4 couples had a great time at! Close to everything, walking distance to tons of restaurants and night life. Homeless situation was real, but we left through the garage mostly to go through the alley and avoid. Bring a white noise machine to block out street noise. We had so much fun hanging out at the house that we didn't even want to go out! Hot tub was inoperable due to a "part that was on order", but looked like it had not been working in months."

What according to my booking should have been a two room apartment with private bathroom, twin bed in bedroom and twin bedsofa in living room turned out to be: two beedrooms in a three bedroom apartment with shared bathroom and kitchen. Sliding doors with no locks to the rooms! When complained we we’re offered a private studio with inflatable beds on the floor!!! We ended up in San Antonio at own expences, and got no refund at all!!! Please, stay away from this scam!"

"The condo fit the 3 of us just right. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and having ceiling fans in every room was nice. The location couldn't have been any better for our trip. The only downside was not being able to use the sparkling pool, but the listing didn't have a pool so that's fair. We would stay here again!"
