"This was a great property in an amazing location! PLENTY of space for a group. Lots of beds and the kitchen had EVERYTHING you need. You can walk right into town, and it’s just a short drive to all of the main Franconia attractions—truly excellent.My only feedback is that the title is a little misleading. I didn’t realize until after booking that the pool, hot tub, etc. are located off-site and require a drive rather than being right on the property.That said, we honestly didn’t have much time...

From the cozy bed to the fire pit to the hot tub, we appreciated everything there was to offer which allows us to relax and get good sleep after days exploring on our feet.
