Set next to a freshwater pond (that's also a great spot for fishing!), this charming home has plenty of room for families and groups to enjoy themselves. You'll stay across the way from a conservation trust, so you'll have plenty of privacy and a lovely view from the screened-in porch. Light up the firepit after a day at the beach - Cold Storage Beach is within a very walkable half mile. Rinse off your beach toys (and dog!) with ease in the outdoor shower. The dining room, featuring a lovely teak dining table, is equipped with all the appliances and cooking tools guests need to put together tasty meals. Of course, there's always the option to set the fish on the grill while watching the stars come out. This home is within walking distance to walking trails and the town center, where you'll find a small grocery store, a coffee shop, and a seafood restaurant. There are also beaches within just a few miles of the home.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
