"Location was perfect for our vacation plans. I would give the cleanliness a 4.8/5.0 only because the kitchen floor could have been mopped a little better. Otherwise it was clean and fit all of our needs. Safe area, close to Westworld, walking trails within walking distance. "

"Well located condo quiet neighborhood"

"The condo was as described, well equipped and conveniently located for our purpose: vacation & hiking in Phoenix and around. What makes it really special is the host, Kevin, who is very responsive, attentive, and helpful. If there is anything missing he would be there to help. That was much appreciated and made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Thank you! "

"Love this condo, has everything you need. We will be back."

"We rented the three bedroom two bathroom condo. It was a last-minute decision as a prior VRBO Owner canceled on us the day before our trip. We were able to get this one and thankful as it was close to the seminar building. We came in for a business trip. Did needs three bedrooms or two bathrooms, but it was nice to have the extra towels and pillows. The fireplace does not work. I think it’s real wood fireplace. But it’s not listed on the information about the amenities so I did not expect...

"Condo was immaculately clean and beautiful!! Bed was super comfortable!! Hot tub was so relaxing!! Only downside to this condo is the heated pool has not been cleaned in a really really long time, we could not use it. The sauna and steam room are closed due to remodeling from an “accident” per the sign. Plugs and wires hanging from the ceiling when you look in the window. These are not the owner of the condos fault, but misleading as we were not warned before going to try to use them."

"Can’t say enough good things about this property! It was immaculate, well stocked, modern and the location was fabulous! Just a block away from groceries and several casual dining spots. We enjoyed the heated community pool and the hot tub that was just steps away. My husband also loved the free golf that was included and said he was treated very well at the Starfire Golf Course. We would love to return another time! "

"Nice. A little hard to get around North to south buildings with same numbers but other then that great! I’d recommend Changing numbers and or at least painting The outside of them a diff color to tell the apart! Haha 😜"

"The property was clean and well stocked with all the amenities you'd expect to find in your own personal living space. The only thing that I'd suggest is showing up during regular business hours so somebody at the front desk (leasing agent) can direct you to the space. The directions that were provided were not clear for me to gain access to the property because of the way the building is set up. The leasing professionals were extremely helpful. "The apartment was well appointed, very clean and inviting, and it was located in a prime location with tons of restaurants, shops and other local attractions. This was an amazing location and would be happy to stay there again. 5 Stars!!"

"This property is the best one we have ever stayed at. We stayed for 7 nights and the lazy river and house has everything you can ask for. Host is awesome and responsive if anything comes up. Look forward to coming again "
