"Property was great and located in a beautiful neighborhood. Host was very helpful and responds to email very quickly. Dog friendly property with large fenced back yard. Will definitely book this again!"

"This spot was a perfect place to getaway! The cottage has been completely, and tastefully refreshed and you can see it is cared for. The hosts were fantastic as is the location, which was an easy walk to the historic waterfront, shops and restaurants. No chance we would consider staying anywhere else next time. "

The little apartment (and it is little, but very cleverly payed out to maximize space) was right in the middle of town so once we parked we could walk to everything. "Very nice place in a cozy neighborhood near the golf courses. Only suggestion I have is to put a keypad on the door so guests don't have to check in 10 minutes away at Litchfield Resort. Great place!"

"The property is so comfortable and the location is unbeatable. The house was built in 1953 and is solid as a rock. It’s a true Pawleys experience. "

"My husband and his parents went down to Georgetown for the weekend. The house is as cute as a button. Personally, I would have preferred two bedrooms with queen sized beds (but we knew the 2nd bedroom was 2 twins which was accurate, before booking). I love old homes - and this is an older home in an established neighbourhood. It's very well maintained. The front porch swing was beautiful. I love the porch. Having 1.5 bathrooms was a HUGE plus, especially when it's more than just 1 couple...

"We loved the layout of the home. The 2 bedrooms with the Jack and Jill bathroom worked well for our son with the children. The upstairs was great for the rest of us. The circular stairs kept us on our toes, it was wonderful having the gate at the top. We loved all the toys/games available for the kids in the sunroom. This home is just far enough away from the crowds but close enough to everything when going out. Thank You for allowing us the use of your home for a wonderful vacation."

"While I came prepared to address some work task, the little to no Wi-Fi forced me to let this go, which was very much needed! We were on the island alone, which is always easier when traveling with our golden.This was a last-minute booking, and the host was accommodating in getting us in. He has also installed many techniques to make this almost off-the-grid experience easier."
