"We stayed at this home over the Christmas holiday near relatives. This house is centrally located yet off in a cute neighborhood away from the noise. The home is very, very clean and has everything one could need as it is very well stocked. Everything was so beautiful and after a very long airport fiasco- walking in and seeing the heated pool upon first sight and beautiful layout, exactly as pictured- truly made our stay in Englewood that much more pleasant and we would definitely want to...

"Very nice stay. The house is very comfortable. Host was very responsive. It is close to the busy street which if you don't mind the traffic noise it's perfect. The location is close to Englewood Beach. I didn't know the area was under construction and a few places still closed, Sandbar tiki bar. Boca Grande beach is beautiful and close. "

"The property was very roomy and had everything we needed. There there is someone that lives on the property but he does not face the property and does not come around. Just know that if you are a skinny Dipper the pool guy shows up unannounced. We enjoyed the place and would stay there again. It's about a 10-minute drive to Siesta Key Beach in 20 minutes drive to Lido beach. Restaurants are not far but you do need to drive as this is in a residential neighborhood. It was very quiet there."

The convenience of the beach was great and the pool was central to a lot of our time together. As others have noted, the construction next door was ongoing but we tuned it out after a bit - they seemed to work 7a-3p daily.
