Ocean Breeze, steps to the beach! Generator, Starlink internet, filtered water.

Ocean Breeze is a beautiful 3 story, 3,000 square foot home situated on the private Banks Road in Palmetto Point.
There are a lot of great things about our home, but these are the major highlights. We have a backup generator, Starlink internet, our tap water is filtered and safe to drink from the tap, we have a washing machine and dryer available for your use, and my favorite feature... it takes 30 seconds to get from the front door to sinking your toes into the pink sand beach!!
Our home features a generous amount of outdoor living space. Other amenities include twice filtered water right from the tap (this will save you from having to buy bottled water on the island, which can add up to a lot!), a kitchen stocked with all of the dishes and utensils you could need, and enough living space to enjoy spending time with your friends and family that are lucky enough to come with you on this trip.
Between the Rocks beach is a 30 second walk away from the front door of the home. The beautiful pink sand beach stretches for miles in either direction and is a great place for snorkeling and sunset strolls.
As soon as you pull into the circular driveway you will feel right at home.

Mommy Daughter Trip 2024
I could not be more pleased with our first annual Mommy Daughter get away. Ocean Breeze did not disappoint! The home was the perfect accomodations with the perfect amenities. Nicole and her family has ensured you have everything you need for an island getaway from snorkeling gear to beach chairs and coolers! Not to mention she has the most informative book to guide you to having the most spectacular time on the island she lives! Thank you Ocean Breeze/Nicole and look forward to another visit!!

Beautiful, Comfortable Home in a Stunning Location
We spent a delightful 6 days exploring the incredible island of Eleuthera from our lovely base, Ocean Breeze. Had a blast with our three grown children snorkeling the reefs near the house, reading on the beach, and just relaxing at the house. The location was a little remote, which made it extra special- it felt like a lush tropical oasis! The house was equipped with everything we needed, and the owner and property manager were easily accessible and responsive. The electricity on Eleuthera does go out frequently, but the automatic generator worked like a dream. It was a wonderful place to make more great memories as a family! Anything else specific I should say,

Perfect for a beach vacation
We had a great time at the Ocean Breeze. The owner has provided everything needed for days at the beach. There are beach chairs, towels, and snorkeling equipment. The beach is so quick and easy to get to. A very short walk and you usually have it completely to yourself. The snorkeling is very good even in shallow water. Should you want to explore, other gorgeous beaches are a short drive away. Georgetown is about a 15 minute drive away. The house itself is large and very comfortable. It overlooks a pond that has a number of birds. You will often see crabs scuttling around on the property. While we were there, the power went off several times and the generator kicked on (automatically). That is a major plus anytime you are staying on Eleuthera. Also, when we had a couple of issues, the owner was very quick to see them resolved. We go to Eleuthera for its beauty and (where we stayed) the lack of noise and traffic. Ocean Breeze checks all the boxes!

Beautiful well maintained house
The house was very clean and comfortable and well maintained The gardener cut up a couple of coconuts for us which we enjoyed! we liked being able to drink the double filtered water from the sink so we didn’t have to haul water It is a very short walk to a beautiful beach. The upstairs master bedroom has a great view of the ocean. This is our 7th trip to Eleuthera and we would be happy to stay at Ocean Breeze again!

Wonderful home
The pictures are accurate, possibly understated even. This is a terrific home. Everything you need. The beaches nearby are amazing, world-class. Nicole, the owner, was super responsive and helpful. Her materials provide abundant information and suggestions. This is Central Eleuthera. Beaches, of course, but also a number of excellent restaurant options close-by. We visited the Leon Levy Native Plant Preserve - would recommend!

Quiet and relaxing stay at Ocean Breeze

Ocean Breeze reprieve
Our family's stay at this North Palmetto Point gem was exceptional! Just across a sandy street, the Atlantic Ocean lapped the shore, visible from the second-floor bedroom - a picturesque start to each day. A quick drive whisked us to the lovely 10 Bay Beach, a hit with our little ones. The house is spacious, ideal for our family, including a four-year-old and a one-year-old. The kitchen is a chef's dream, and the patio, complete with a grill, became our favorite dining spot. There were beach toys and snorkeling equipment included as well as beach chairs. The owner was incredibly responsive, kind, and accommodating. From the moment we booked, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. They were always available for any queries or concerns we had and provided fantastic recommendations for local attractions and eateries. Our stay in this North Palmetto Point house was a perfect blend of tranquility, comfort, and genuine Bahamian charm. We returned home with hearts full of precious memories and look forward to the day we can return to this serene slice of paradise. If you're looking for the ideal family-friendly getaway in Eleuthera, I wholeheartedly recommend this property.

Fabulous stay
The house was beautiful, kitchen well equipped, amenities a luxury. Loved the porches. The ocean out front had amazing reefs. We caught a couple of lobsters and saw sting rays, turtles, tropical fish. The beach was remote and the sands were silky. Nicole quickly responded to questions and did everything possible to make our stay great. Can't wait to return.

Relaxing getaway
Ocean Breeze was everything that we wanted it to be. It is perfectly located on a quiet private road with a great beach that we spent most of our time at. The home is very comfortable and had everything that we needed. Nicole was great to work with. Unforgettable!
What a great week spent at Ocean Breeze! Everything looked as good if not better that the photos in person. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could think of to cook! The Atlantic Ocean across the street provided the best snorkeling we had the entire week. We would definitely recommend this property!

My wife and I stayed on the property in late January, 2022. It was a last minute reservation and the wonderful hosts of Ocean Breeze were wonderful and very accommodating! The property has everything you need! We enjoyed sunning on the top deck, my morning, mid day and afternoon swims/snorkel, cold beers on the beach and hand in hand sunset strolls on the empty beach out front! The house itself has everything you need from towels, spf, washer and dryer, AC, hot water, strong fridge and freezer. We loved our stay and look forward to returning!!! 🤙🏼🇧🇸🍻❤️🏝

Relax with ease at Ocean Breeze!
From the moment we stepped out of the rental car into the oasis of Ocean Breeze we felt relaxed! The house is as picturesque from the outside as it is from the inside and the tropical decor matched the lush landscape. Just a few steps from the front door the palms opened up to a beautiful beach. Miles of soft sand to explore from the doorstep and so many breathtaking bays and coves a short drive away. We packed some frozen food, hit the local store, and stocked up on wonderful fresh vegetables and awesome homemade treats at the Island Farms stand just minutes from Ocean Breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook great dinners and enjoy the sunset from above the lagoon out back, where we enjoyed watching a pelican fish day away. Water views in both directions from the Master bedroom along with a huge roof deck. Such an awesome holiday, thanks to the great owners who checked in on us with a text as well as the caretaker who greeted us and gave us some great tips on enjoying the island.

Amazing Home in Palmetto Point
Our family travels often, so we’ve experienced quite a range of homes. Ocean Breeze was without a doubt the most well appointed. It has everything and I mean everything you’ll need! Beautiful quantity of dishes, glassware, silverware, spices, first aid, sunscreen, bug spray, beach gear, kayaks, laundry soap, toiletries, games and more. If you’ve ever traveled to the Bahamas you know how expensive things are, so these items were a luxury to have. Above all things, Misty the caretaker made our trip comfortable. She went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. She responds quickly and is super friendly. In other words, she’s truly a gem! You will not regret staying here....the beach is gorgeous! Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

Ocean Breeze - Paradise on Eleuthera!
From our initial contact with Laura before booking until we arrived back home, our experience has far exceeded our expectations in every way! Laura was quick to respond to all of our questions and provided so much helpful information about the house and island to help make our stay all the more enjoyable. Their island home is gorgeous in the pictures and when we arrived, found it to be even more beautiful in person. The amenities met our every need. There was nothing we needed that wasn't there... from the extremely well-appointed kitchen to coolers, beach towels & tote-bags, beach chairs, books, dvds, sunscreen, bug repellant, and so much more! The home was immaculately clean, the beds & furniture were incredibly comfortable, and the washer & dryer are brand new. The location is secluded and private, yet restaurants and shopping are just a short drive away. The beautiful pink sand beach and crystal clear ocean water are just a few steps away. Misty, the caretaker, contacted us a few days before we arrived to introduce herself and make arrangements for getting the keys to the house to us. She made sure the home was well lit & welcoming when we arrived after dark our first night there. She kept in contact with us throughout the week to make sure we had everything we needed, answered questions about the house and the area, and was available for taking care of any maintenance needed at Ocean Breeze. Even after returning, Laura contacted us to make sure we were happy with our stay and asked for any input about improving the house or amenities for future guests. She really went above and beyond in making sure we were satisfied with everything and was incredibly kind, helpful, and quickly responded to our messages. The island of Eleuthera is a true gem and to stay in Ocean Breeze during our time there was the icing on the cake! We highly recommend this beautiful home for your time there and are deeply grateful to Laura & her husband for sharing their amazing home with us while we were visiting. Our heartfelt thanks to both of you and Misty for making our stay so enjoyable!
