Guests enjoy all property amenities and will be given a code for entry 3 days prior to their arrival.

Policies:
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.
-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
The Neighborhood:
Lovely gated and quiet community Waterway Landing located directly on the intracoastal waterway. Our complex has a waterfront grill and picnic area right downstairs from the condo as well as a private pool with sun loungers just for Waterway Landing guests. The beach is a short 5 minute drive from the condo, with parking available for a small fee (around $3/hour).
Getting Around:
Amazing central location in the heart of North Myrtle Beach with free parking on site. Taxis and Uber are also fast and affordable with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.
