All baths feature full tile work, large mirrors, granite countertops, and upgraded lighting/fixtures.In addition to the upgrades below, all bedrooms include ceiling fans and individual closets.

The kitchen is connected right to the living room and has plenty of room for mingling. Sip your morning coffee or catch the afternoon breeze with the hustle and bustle of town being the perfect distance away. There are 3 huge balconies on the house (2 in front, 1 overlooking the pool), so there`s lots of space for all times of day. Outdoor ceiling fans throughout and a great coastal vibe add to the experience!

The living room and kitchen area in the house is one that brings together everyone! Huge, open, and inviting, it`s all the details that make the difference.

The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that stretches over 15` overlooking the living and dining area.

The spacious design, high ceilings, laminate flooring, and great detail work are just a few of the touches that make the room so inviting. There is also a large balcony on two floors.

The crowning feature of the home`s exterior is the beautiful fenced in Paradise Pool Area. Grill out `burgers and dogs` pool side and enjoy the convenience of our poolside bar area. The pool is the perfect compliment to the sand and ocean waves. You can relax in privacy and comfort and not even have to leave the deck to grab a cold drink. You`ll also be able to wash off any sand in our fully enclosed outdoor shower.

On the first floor there is a junior living room with balcony access, a utility room with full size washer and dryer, and three large bedrooms including the primary.
The primary bedroom has beautiful coiffured ceilings, balcony access with a pool view, and a beautiful primary bathroom with a jetted Jacuzzi tub, double vanity, and full size shower.

The second bedroom has front balcony access (shares a 11`x35` balcony) as well as a private bathroom and stand up shower. The third bedroom has its own separate access to that balcony as well as a private entrance to the large hall bathroom. This bathroom has a large garden tub and shower as well as a double vanity.

On the second floor, there are two additional bedrooms and the large living, dining and kitchen area.

One bedroom on this floor has a vaulted ceiling and large picture windows, one of which overlooks the pool. This bedroom`s private bathroom has a huge stand up shower with dual shower heads and a double vanity - perfect for a couple! The second bedroom on this floor has a vaulted ceiling as well, while the private bath for this bedroom has a garden tub and shower combo.

It overlooks the pool as well. Finally, there`s an additional half bath specifically for the kitchen/living/dining area.  The downstairs bedrooms have balconies overlooking the pool while the upstairs bedrooms have a view of the pool and back yard as well.

Guest Access:
**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**
-CHECK IN IS 4 P.M. CHECK OUT IS 10 A.M. (EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT UNAVAILABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS)
-MINIMUM RENTER AGE IS 25, PROOF OF AGE REQUIRED. GUEST AGE 25 OR OLDER MUST BE STAYING ON PROPERTY AT ALL TIMES.
-No smoking inside of the property.
-Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.
-Pool is closed for the season November 1st-April 1st
-Pet Friendly, Dogs only (Maximum 2 dogs, 45 lbs each)
-Motorcycles/Trailers/Golfcarts Allowed.
-Daily housekeeping unavailable.
-Pool size is about 20x10.
-Washer/dryer located in house.
-Garage is not available for guest use.
-Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
-Parking for up to six vehicles.
-Drip coffee maker provided.
-No Elevator Access

Policies:
-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

The kitchen needs help, silverware was lacking, pots and pans were lacking, dishwasher need work. Too many steps looks like there use to be a elevator. Area around the house was great.

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious and large property. The pool was a big hit with the group with enough space in the back for everyone to hang out comfortably. The beds and couches were clean and in good shape. The location close to the beach was an added bonus. Overall 5 star property, would highly recommend!

Our last time
This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at this property and if I remembered about the beds I would not have booked it twice. While the property provides my family with adequate space and is convenient located in a quiet neighborhood two blocks from the beach, ALL the mattresses and TVs need to be replaced. All the mattresses are of very poor quality. You can hear and feel each spring with every time you roll over in the bed. I opted to sleep on the couch the last night because my whole body was sore. Some of my family had to leave early because they recently had surgery and couldn’t rest well because of the poor mattresses. The main TV didn’t work because of broken ports in the back so we had to watch Netflix the entire time. My family and I vacation to get quality rest but because of the poor sleeping experience and TV situation we will not book this property again.

The floors were filthy. Beds were not vrbo quality. The keyless entry was hanging on . The property manager was not easy to contact. The handy man didn’t return to correct the TV’s. We only had 4 TV’s in the whole property, should have had 8. We we were on a three generation family vacation and the home was beautiful on line but it needed a care .

August 2023 extended weekend
Check in was seamless and the house was clean and ready for our large family. Overall we were satisfied with this property however we would like them to give attention to the following items; 1. The rug in the living room needs to be replaced, all 4 corners stick up causing a trip hazard for our young grandkids. 2. The mattresses in the bedrooms are very low quality need to be replaced. 3. Need to install a permanent toddler gate at the living room level. Repair the ceiling on front lower level porch. 4. The picnic table has rotten bench. 5. Towel rack in MBR missing. 6. TP holder in upstairs BR missing. 7.Rail cap on living room level is loose, our grandkids touch everything and one them found this in the first 2 hours. 8. Couldn't find a broom. We understand that this property is very popular and this is the end of the season we just wanted to bring this to the owners attention.

It is very nice and big. Loved the location and the pool. Little disappointed there was no soap in any of 6 bathrooms and only 3 rolls of toilet paper given for stay Several of bathrooms didnt even have any. Had trouble getting a hold of property manager before stay and received instructions to check in only one hour before arriving.

My family and I were very pleased with this home. Web description doesn't do it justice. It is very spacious, clean and accommodating for a large group. It was 15 of us and we were comfortable in this home. Plenty of seating. The balconies were great, plenty of seating (clean) on all 3. The location is perfect. Literally you're walking distance from the beach (2 blocks) and it's also located to a strip of shopping and entertainment. I do think it's important to mention, there's lots of stairs (which was no problem for my group) but may not be good for anyone with mobile issues. I would definitely rent this home again!

READ BEFORE YOU BOOK!!!
We booked this home for our family getting away. 6 adults, and 5 children. CLEANLINESS: The floors were dirty and sticky when we arrived. 5 out of the 7 beds were not changed. There was sand and hair in them. Could not use the washing machine because it was covered in dirt and hair. Most towels had hairs (many hairs). LOCATION: The home is nice enough, but it is in a neighborhood of much humbler homes. There certainly is no HOA. There was a lot of neighborhood noise through the week. Safety was questionable. COMMUNICATION: We informed the property management company the moment we found the dirty beds at 10:30pm. They dropped off new linens at 12:45am. The woman who contacted told me they would have someone come out to clean the floors the next day. I texted her 2x the next day, but she never got back to me and no one ever responded back. OTHER: Here are the other items that were wrong… shower heads were old cheap. Made for uncomfortable showers. Master shower was broken. Dishwasher did now work. Lights in main living room kept tripping the breaker. Don’t believe the responses by management that “had they been told, they would have fixed it.” They were told, and they did not fix anything except to bring us clean sheets at almost 1am in the morning. When I emailed them again after I booked, they told me management would get back to me... crickets! I would highly recommend finding another home to book. You will thank me!

Great location, large spaces, but needs attention
This house was perfect for our family gathering - lots of space including indoor and outdoor areas. Check in and out was easy, and the manager responded quickly to our questions/requests. Only complaint was that the kitchen and main living area were not as clean as we'd expect - floors sticky, counters dirty - but the Mgr sent a crew right away to re-clean. Overall a great choice!

December Get Away
We stayed a long weekend and absolutely loved it. The property manager was very nice, helpful and got back to me with any questions I had! The only issue (Which was not a huge deal to us) was the floors did seem a bit dirty. Like they needed a good mop before we arrived. Other than that…it was a beautiful house with everything we needed for a weekend away with family. The location was amazing. A short walk to the beach. We also loved how every bedroom had a bathroom. We will be booking this house again! ♥️ Thank you!

Worst House I’ve Ever Stayed In (PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY)
Arrived on Sunday November 20th for a week long much needed get away, upon arrival I was embarrassed to invite my friends and family into this house. When I say to you this was a filthy house I mean that with every ounce of me. I’ve rented many homes over the years but this was my first time using this company and I’m sad to say it’s my last. Not only was this home filthy dirty but the linens were soiled on all of the beds along the bottoms, some of the blinds were filthy dirty where they have not been cleaned nor dusted in maybe a year, floors looked as if they had not been swept in a very long time, very sticky as you walked on them, dining table had food crumbs left on it from a previous guest, roach bugs throughout the house, TV in the kitchen does not work and has not worked in years I was told by someone that works for the company, house is advertised for 15 people and we only had 4 spoons and 7 forks to eat with, we lost power to the living room and an electrician came out the following day and replaced a breaker, this is also where the router is at so we had no internet either for gaming, I had five teenage boys with me, we had black mold in in two of the bathrooms, showers were dirty in two of the bathrooms, did I mention roaches in the bathrooms, coffee grounds were left in the pot and they had mold on them, dishwasher tray for the bottom was missing the roller wheel, shower downstairs in the Queen bedroom would NOT drain, not enough HOT water for everyone to get showers, we had to space everything out including using the dishwasher, very little water pressure from the shower heads- they also need is a deep cleaning, dishes in the cabinets were dirty, cooking utensils were dirty, and the kitchen floor was VERY sticky and black dirty. Dining room table has a chair that is broken and the legs are being held together with some rope. This home should have never been rented to us in this manner and should have been deep cleaned before we arrived. I asked several times to be moved to a different house and was told they were short staffed due to the holiday week but anyone working should have been able to accommodate us. I have pictures of everything I have said. Was offered $300 refund to not write a negative review by the the manager at the rental company. I have tried MANY times to get in touch with Chris the manager to speak with him about this property but he will not return an email to me at all. Please avoid this company. 🤬🤬🤬

Beautiful home for a quick getaway
The house was perfect for the 8 of us that got away from home for a quick golf trip. Everything was clean and the house is a great place to relax. Looking forward to booking it again on our next golf trip!

Great location! The house had plenty of room for hanging out and bedroom/bathroom size. The beds need replacing. The room with 2 twin beds have the best beds. The other rooms beds need to be thrown away. Worse night of sleep ever. The couch on the 2nd floor needs cleaning. Pretty gross stains. Overall great place just needs a few updates and deep cleaning.

Beautiful Home. Good stay, overall.
My 6 guests and I enjoyed the stay. It is a beautiful home and it's wonderful that each bedroom has its own private bathroom. That was an excellent perk with 7 women in the same house. We only had 2 rooms that needed to be shared. The rental was very clean and nicely decorated. We did notice pet hair on the navy sofa in the main living space, so the housekeepers really been to make sure they are vacuuming all fabric furniture, especially when guests oftentimes don't own pets and not used to them. The 4 minute walk to the beach was perfect. Since we had 3 vehicles and since we split up doing different activities, we were able to be dropped off which was nice because we had chairs and other beach Items to carry. But even with those, it's not a bad walk at all. Communication was great. I never received my check-in email after searching both folders, but management personally called me to follow up and re-sent it. The check--in process was easy. I would say the only negatives were that the beds were extremely creaky. Probably half of the guests did not have great night sleeps on either of our 2 nights stay. It's definitely time to invest in some new mattresses. Also, there was a small roach found in one of the twin bedrooms on the first bedroom level. It's not the worst thing since most homes, even as clean as they can be, may have a stray bug inside every now and then. May be time to exterminate as well. Other than that, we really, really enjoyed all of the space. Access to televisions in every room during down time and the kitchen was amazing. One of the guests plans to take her family back. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

It was everything and more!
This place hosted my large family for my retirement celebration. I was nervous at first but upon arrival it definitely was the right choice. So much space and things to do. The house is a 2 minute walk to beach, and closer for gas stations and local stores. The pool and outside shower outside was a haven for the kids. We loved the double balconies for outside hanging out. Plenty of cook ware and utensils. Only downside was the cast iron grill being in the bushes and other grill that was propane needed gas. But we made it work. We even talked about coming back again next year to the same place. It was an amazing weekend in a amazing place. Worth every dime!

Great house in great location
The house is clean and fit 16 of us comfortably. Lots of space. The pool was great. Walkable to the beach and lots of restaurants, bars, stores. Highly recommend

Large house on a quiet street
Walk to the beach was about 10 mins. Appreciated the outdoor shower to rinse off after going to the beach. Pool was clean but its kinda small. If all 8 of us were in it at once with the kids using floats, it was crowded. Love the open concept kitchen/living room. Plenty of space for a large group. My family liked to cook a lot but most of the kitchen cabinets were empty. There aren't any measuring cups/spoons or serving plates and bowls. The pots and pans are old and dirty. We actually bought two griddle pans and left them there. We ran out of forks before dinner everyday. Overall the house was clean and close to everything and we enjoyed our stay.
