The space-
Inside this brand-new home, you'll find a mix of modern comfort and coastal charm. With four bedrooms and three baths, there's plenty of room for everyone. Two cozy king ensuite rooms offer a retreat of their own, while another bedroom features a king bed and a snug twin, perfect for a smaller family or tight-knit friends. And for the kids (or the young at heart), the bunk room boasts five comfy twin beds, promising endless sleepovers and late-night giggles.

Step outside and discover your own private paradise. While the pool and hot tub are still being built, they'll be ready for your enjoyment by May 2024. And with the beach just a hop, skip, and jump away across the street, you'll have easy access to sun, sand, and surf whenever the mood strikes.

Other things to note
HOUSE RULES:
Must be 24 or older to book our home.
Two dogs maximum with $75 pet fee.
No smoking on the property.
No parties or events.
Check-out is at 10 AM.
No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.
All sand needs to be cleaned off before entering the house. Failure to remove sand will result in an extra cleaning fee.
Please refrain from making excessive noise past 10 PM.
For any booking over 30 days we require a cleaning every month.

POOL RULES:
You are swimming at your own risk. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries.
Children always need to be supervised.
No glass is permitted around the pool or on the downstairs patio. We have provided plastic cups for your convenience to use around the pool area! If the glass is broken in the pool there will be an additional fee of $500 to clean the pool.
There is an outdoor shower provided for your convenience! Please rinse off any sand before entering the pool.
If the temperature outside is 50° or below we cannot heat the pool as it will overwork and damage the heater.

PET RULES:
• A $75 Pet Fee must be paid before check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property.
• Your dog should be friendly and house-trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.
• We provide pet blankets that need to be used if your dog gets on the furniture. Dogs are not allowed in the beds!
• Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated if left alone.
• Please pick up after your dogs in the yard. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 if we have to have dog waste picked up.
• Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately.
• You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog.
• Limit of two dogs.

Additional $50 a night for golf cart rental.
